Size: 1 (2) approx 2” x 54” (2” x 80”)
Materials:
2 (3) skeins Prism Galaxy
Size 13 needles
Note about joining Galaxy:
To maintain the beauty of this wide ribbon, join strands
only in a stitch, not on a loop. To join invisibly, lay the new
end about 1” over the old end so the strand is continuous
and then sew with sewing thread through both layers,
back and forth several times. Knit as if it were one strand.
Loop Stitch:
Knit first stitch, but leave stitch on left needle. Bring
yarn to front of work between needles, wrapping yarn
around thumb of left hand; pull loop to approx 2 ½”
(loops need not be precisely the same), then bring
yarn to back of work. Knit stitch on left hand needle
again, drop loop and remove stitches to right hand
needle. Now, lift first stitch on right hand needle over
second stitch—locking loop in place. Work a loop
stitch in every stitch.
Boa: CO 4 sts. Work loop stitch on every row to end
of yarn. BO on last row.
