Size US 11 (8 mm) Gauge: 3.5 sts = 1” in K1, P1 rib
Finished measurements are 5”-6” wide and about 52” long

- w&t = “wrap and turn”
- When wrapping – wrap tightly

ROW 1-7: Slip1, p1, *k1, p1; repeat from * to end
ROW 8: Slip1, p1, [k1, p1] 4 times, yo, [k1, p1] 5 times = 21 sts
ROW 9: Slip1, p1, [k1, p1] 4 times, w&t; yo, [k1, p1] 5 times; =22 sts
Slip1, p1, [k1, p1] 4 times, w&t; yo, [k1, p1] 5 times; =23 sts
Slip1, p1, [k1, p1] 4 times, w&t; yo, [k1, p1] 5 times; =24 sts
ROW 10: Slip1, p1, [k1, p1] 4 times, w&t;
yo, [k1,p1] 4 times, w&t; [k1,p1] 4 times,w&t;
yo, [k1,p1] 3 times, w&t; [k1,p1] 3 times,w&t;
yo, [k1,p1] 2 times, w&t; [k1,p1] 2 times,w&t;
yo, k1,p1, w&t; k1,p1, w&t;
yo, [k1, p1] 5 times, hiding wraps and ending at outside edge = 29 sts
ROW 11: BO 9 sts in rib pattern, p1, [k1,p1] 9 times (do not hide wraps) = 20 sts
Repeat ROWS 1-11 until the scarf measures 52” (or 12 “petals”) or until the desired length, ending with ROW 7.
Repeat ROWS 1-2 and BO all sts in rib pattern.
