One of the best things about touring TNNA is seeing all of our great GBOY friends and supporters. On the left stands the blond, handsome and very talented Rhichard from Koigu--sorry girls, he's taken. Rhichard works first hand with Maie to deliver those curiously sumptuous colorways that continue to mesmorize us. Koigu is a mainstay for GBOY sock-knitters as well as miter fans. There's my gal pal T, who kept me laughing, even when the blisters on our feet raged. Next to T is my friend, the adorable and very talented Ms Nicky Epstein. Love ya Girl! Nicky never runs out of ideas. When asked what her favorite design is, she'll tell you, "the next one." Just wait until you see her new book which will be in our stores a-lickety-split. The models wore Nicky's vintage jewelry in most of the shots. I think she was just as excited about that as I was about her criss-cross sweater design, which will be a hit in our Boca store, for sure. To the right of me is the FABULOUS Stu Berg--mega-rep of the industry. Stu gave me my start with our first vendor and my favorite line, Trendsetter Yarns from Van Nuys, California. Barry Klein owns the company and always has an innovative new product, fiber or technique forthcoming. Barry will again headline our Caribbean Knitting Cruise this winter in February. BTW, we have over 50 people signed up and the ads haven't hit yet. The ladies love Mr. Klein and so do we!
